Troubleshooting Quick Steps
- Check Gender Module Alert
Check if Gender Module is connected properly. The Carebidet will not work if the Gender Module is not properly connected. Sometimes the Gender Module might appear to be installed, but is not properly pushed down. Reinstall the Gender Module. - Select an Operation Mode Alert
This means the Carebidet is waiting to be set to 'AUTO’. Press the 'AUTO' button. This will display 'WAITING'. This is probably the most common cause of issues. Make sure the Carebidet is ‘WAITING’ to detect urine or feces. - Fill the Water Tank Alert
If the Water Tank is not installed properly an error message will appear even if the Water Tank is full. Place the Water Tank in the correct position with the black arrow facing the Sewage Tank after filling the Water Tank completely. - Diaper Cup Connection Alert
If 'CHECK IF THE DIAPER CUP CONNECTOR IS PROPERLY CONNECTED TO THE SEWAGE TANK' appears on the display panel, check the connection between the Main Body Connector (blue) and the Sewage Tank by sliding the blue box toward the Sewage Tank until it 'clicks' in. - Sewage Tank 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% Full Alerts
The Carebidet has a warning system built in to inform you of a full Sewage Tank. The system will not operate if the Sewage Tank is 100% full. It will also increase the alert frequency prior to be totally full. Empty the Sewage Tank by removing the cap and emptying into a toilet. An incorrect Sewage Tank full alert may occur if a heavy object is placed on the lid. Make sure visitors don't sit or place items on the Carebidet! - Check Inside Diaper Cup Alert
This means some debris or feces, has not been removed by the automatic suction. It can occur with extremely hard feces. If this occurs, remove the Diaper Cup from the patient, empty the debris into the toilet, and clean the cup of any remaining debris. Replace the Diaper Cup on the patient and confirm the alert is no longer active.
